is heading to Oregon to play at FaerieWorlds and vend at the North West World Reggae Festival. We will be gone for the following dates (July 29 – Aug 18, 2010). This is our second year vending and we’re looking forward to spreading the art of object manipulation to families throughout Oregon. We will process and ship all orders made during our leave when we return on Wednesday, August 18th. Also, West Coast Juggling will be attending Burning Man (Black Rock City, NV) during August 27 – Sept 10, 2010. We will be showing up before the event begins and staying a few days after it is over, in order to help with the set-up/take down part of this Leave-No-Trace festival. All orders placed between August 18th thru August 26th, 2010 will be processed and shipped out as normal, with no delays. All orders placed after August 26th will be processed and shipped out upon our return Sept 10, 2010.

Orders typically ship out within 3 business days. We will try to get orders out quicker, but sometimes when we get busy it will take slightly longer. If you have special needs, please leave us a note in checkout. We will do the best we can to accommodate, but can’t guarantee. We try to place priority on orders that choose an expedited shipping method. All orders are shipped out of Reno, NV, USA. Please take this in to account when choosing a shipping method.

Shipping Methods

West Coast Juggling offers several shipping methods for both US and International orders. To get a quote for all the shipping options that are available to your location, add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart, go to your cart and press the “Shipping Estimator” button on the bottom left.

US Orders

Your order will ship via UPS or US Post Office per our discretion. The cost are as follows:

Shipping $15.00 Flat Rate

Expedited Shipping – US Customers including Alaska and Hawaii

UPS 3-Day Select – Delivered 3 days after it is shipped – Does not include Weekends

UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivered 2 days after it is shipped – Does not include Weekends

USPS Priority Mail – Typically 1 – 4 days – Delivery date is not guaranteed * UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes!

International Orders

International Priority Mail – For most international customers this is the best option. The prices are reasonable and the service is fairly quick (4-10 days). For exact quotes contact us with your location and the items you need.

UPS Worldwide Expedited – this service is a little faster than the Post Office, but cost several times more.

 **We do not offer UPS Standard to Canada because of their excessive fees to broker customs. If you would like to ship something via UPS Standard to Canada, please contact us.**

 **You will be responsible for any taxes, and brokerage or customs fees that are tied to your international order. West Coast Juggling does not know what these fees will be ahead of time, or receive any payment from any of these fees.  Every Thursday, we at WestCoastJuggling will be attending the River Schools Black Rock Thursdays, located at 7777 White Fir Street Reno, NV 89523. (For more information, please visit http://www.riverschool.info/River_School/Home.html) This is another good opportunity for anyone in town or close to Reno, to pick up your tools and not have to pay shipping, though any items purchased in Nevada has NV State Tax on it. Also, this is another good opportunity for FREE lessons from Devil Stix Dave!! This is where we test out our equipment and demo new products. If you are intending on coming to the practice and spinning fire, try to bring some fuel to help out, although it is not a mandatory requirement. White Gas or Lamp Oil is suggested.
