About WCJ
At it’s heart West Coast Juggling consists of one dedicated fire performer/flow artist, Devil Stix Dave. West Coast Juggling was created as the realization of Dave’s dream to help spread the use knowledge and understanding of juggling & the flow arts and to offer his brand of fire flower sticks and other performance tools to the juggling & flow arts community. A good portion of the fire equipment sold is hand-made by Dave.

Devil Stix Dave Hirshman is our main performer but we have a plethora of amazing performers to pull talent from.
Devil Stix Dave is a fluid talented & insured fire performer skilled in Fire, Flow, Circus & Martial Arts. For the past 9 years Dave has been training extensively with the ever present dream of sharing his art with the world. He is offering economical priced professional entertainment using up to 8 performance tools; Fire Sword, Fire Rope Dart, Fire Meteor, Fire Staff, Fire Nunchaku, Fire Flower Sticks, Fire Floating Wand, & Fire Buugeng.
Dave is continuously exploring for new ways to expand his art & he also provides his own sound system with PA, as well as providing trained fire safety personnel w/ first aid equipment at every fire show.
“My goal is to create an impressive piece that entertains and caters to your specific event. For every performance, I create an original work based on your chosen theme of the event” -Devil Stix Dave.
Whether it be a corporate event, holiday get-together, birthday, graduation, bar/bat mitzvah, wedding, luau, or costume party, I work with you on an individual basis which allows for more creativity and ultimately a more satisfying experience. West Coast Juggling is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, hand-made flower sticks, Fire Flower Stix, Fire Staff, Fire Poi, Fire Rope Dart, Fire Sword & Fire Nunchaku. We offer a wide variety of performance tools and practice toys including devil sticks, flower sticks, astrojax, contact spheres, poi, fire weapons and juggling accessories.
WCJ is good at what it does because were constantly quality testing our product & we also get input from other fire dancers in the community that use our product. We’re always continuing to improve our designs! WCJ takes this seriously and does not make a tool that we do not perform with ourselves, and we have refined our process to create high quality and super durable products.
Repair Policy
All sales are final and we can not repair or replace any broken item that we did not make but Devil Stix Dave make’s all the fire equipment & can repair any fire tool for a small fee + shipping. We charge $35 for a remake on our old model fire flower sticks baton. What this means is that if you have one of our old model fire flower sticks batons that is broken you can have it remade for only $35. You will need to send your broken baton and all broken parts to :Attention David Hirshman 218 Vassar St. Reno, NV 89502 (keep your hand sticks). We will salvage as many parts of your old set as we can and make you a new baton with all the upgrades. Shipping is not included & is a flat fee of $15.00. We are also offering a 6 month warranty on all our new model fire flower stix all you have to do is pay for shipping!. After the warranty is up the repair charge will vary depending on the break.
International Sales
All International sales will be charged an additional shipping fee of $15-25. Your package will be shipped through USPS or UPS.

Object manipulation & the flow arts are a great introduction to fitness, juggling, dance, and geometry. Playing with West Coast Juggling toys is a good way to keep idle hands busy, a great way to pass the time, and most importantly, a positive alternative to digital distractions from the mainstream media which are often violent & disturbing (i.e. video games, TV shows & movies).
Flow is the mental state of operation in which the person is fully immersed in what he or she is doing by a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity. Colloquial terms for this or similar mental states include: to be on the ball, in the zone, or in the groove. Flow Arts is a fitness meditation practice that puts bodies in balance and motion. Flow Arts blends meditation, play, exercise and dance into a fun and healthful activity that moves the body, stills the mind and uplifts the spirit. It is movement with an external focus aimed at putting you “in the zone” or, as we like to say, in the Flow. The techniques are simple, but the adaptations are infinite, allowing for wild variations in personal style and expression, as well as the opportunity to make & share novel discoveries. The movement can be aerobic, calming, energizing, challenging, showy or anything else. Flow Arts improves dexterity, focus, coordination, body awareness, spatial skills and promotes brain plasticity. Flow Arts is like Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance and Juggling all rolled into Fun!
